State institution that belongs to the sphere of management of the NAUCS. Among the activities of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union are scientific, expert, information-analytical, methodological, organizational and other support for the preparation and implementation of programs and activities in the field of civil service and public administration, their adaptation to EU standards, development of public institutions in the context of Ukraine's European integration, the use of institutional instruments in Ukraine.

United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)

UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, is the lead United Nations organization focusing its work on gender equality, reproductive health and youth capacity building.  Jointly with its partners, UNFPA works in 150 countries and territories around the world. The representative office in Ukraine has been operating since 1997. The Foundation also debunks stereotypes about gender roles through the media, training for civil servants and improving policies in this area. In addition, the organisation provides information and services to victims of gender-based violence by establishing crisis centres and supporting mobile social and psychological assistance teams.

UN Women in Ukraine

It is an organization that promotes gender equality and women's empowerment. UN Women started its work in Ukraine in October 2015. UN Women's work in Ukraine is focused on three main thematic areas: Women, Peace, Security and Gender-based Violence, Gender Responsive Governance, including Gender-Sensitive Recovery and European Integration, and Humanitarian Assistance.

Every year, the organisation joins various global and national initiatives aimed at overcoming social stereotypes, discrimination and violence against women and girls, and empowering them in professional and public life.

German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ)

It is a German governmental organisation that deals with international development and cooperation. In the context of Ukraine's upcoming accession to the EU, GIZ provides the Ukrainian government with advisory support on local governance, rule of law, trade facilitation, energy and climate protection. At the same time, GIZ advises Ukrainian communities to improve the efficiency and digitalisation of public services for citizens and organises training events for administrative staff.

In its activities, GIZ always contributes to the resilience of society. To this end, it provides a wide range of medical, psychological and social support, especially for children, women, veterans and internally displaced persons. In addition, GIZ is working with Ukrainian partners to develop an effective emergency protection system.

Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe

The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities is the Council of Europe's institution responsible for strengthening local and regional democracy in its 46 member states and for assessing the application of the European Charter of Local Self-Government. The main objective of the Congress is to promote democracy at the local level, strengthen the autonomy of authorities and ensure their participation in decision-making processes.

Through its activities, the Congress promotes the exchange of experience and best practices between local and regional authorities, which helps to strengthen democratic processes in Europe.
